You can try Wedding Sheets without creating an account. In this mode, your wedding planning data (budget, guests, checklist, vendors, timelines, seating) is kept in your browser session so you can move between pages.
For anonymous users we do not upload your wedding content to our servers. Data may be held in memory and, for convenience during the same browser session, in session storage. When you close the browser or end the session, anonymous trial data is not retained on our systems.
Optional preferences such as dark mode may be stored in your browser's local storage on your device.
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile (name, email address, and profile picture URL) to create and maintain your Wedding Sheets account.
Your wedding planning data is stored in our Cloudflare D1 database so you can access it across devices and browser sessions. We use your data solely to operate the Service for you.
We do not access your Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or other Google data beyond the basic profile information required for sign-in.
When you sign in, we set authentication cookies: an HTTP-only secure cookie containing your session token, and a lightweight cookie indicating that you are logged in. These cookies are necessary to provide your account and cloud sync.
If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect aggregated usage statistics (such as page views and feature usage). We do not use advertising cookies.

Signed-in user data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us.
Cloud data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS). We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell, rent, or share your wedding planning data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Wedding Sheets is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
The Service is operated from Cloudflare's global network. By using Wedding Sheets, you understand that your data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, subject to their safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
